The colt is continuing to grow and towers over the other foals in the pasture. The big kid on the block, being a May 1st foal, is still walking around covered in baby fuzz in July. By the time he sheds off, it will be time to grow it back again for the winter months. I love what I’m seeing in the way of temperament at just 2 months. He appears curious,and sociable and doesn’t need to hover by his mother for safety. He will come up to acknowledge us and then go about his merry way.
